By creating an account or using CAHanapBuhay, you agree to follow these Terms and
Conditions, as well as all related laws. This platform is officially run by PESO
Candelaria for the benefit of job seekers and employers in the municipality.
2. User Accounts
- Keep your username and password private. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.
- Admin accounts (PESO Admin and HR Admin) go through an extra verification and approval process before they can be used.
- If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, report it to PESO right away.
3. Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Always give accurate and truthful information when creating your profile or applying for jobs.
- Do not upload fake documents or misleading details.
- Providing false information may lead to your account being suspended or removed.
4. Privacy & Data
- Your personal information is handled according to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
- Your data will only be used to help match you with jobs and to support PESO's employment services — nothing else.

5. Admin Responsibilities
- Admins who post job listings must make sure all information is accurate, fair, and does not discriminate against any applicant.
- All job postings must follow applicable Philippine labor laws.
- Admins are expected to review applications and communications professionally and in good faith.
